Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final. On Point Boutique LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Klarna Purchases
Orders purchased using Klarna are subject to Klarna’s buyer protection requirements. Eligible returns must follow Klarna’s return process. Return instructions and return address will be provided upon approval.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
